Corporate profile
Mr. Luc Harbour is Nordicom’s president since its foundation in 1998. Prior to this, he was technical director of Clercom from 1992 to 1998. Following the retirement of Clercom president, Mr. Louis Leclerc, Mr. Harbour decides to acquire all of the activities related to Securalert. The company is now present in the majority of psychiatric centers throughout Quebec. Beginning of 2006, Mr. Harbour takes on a general manager, Mr. Jacques Leroux, so as to permit the continuous growth of the company, with, as priority, the United-States North-East.
